Dynamics of a fractional optimal control HBV infection model with capsids and CTL immune response

نویسندگان

چکیده

This paper deals with a fractional optimal control problem model that describes the interactions between hepatitis B virus (HBV) HBV DNA-containing capsids, liver cells (hepatocytes), and cytotoxic T-cell immune response. Optimal controls represent effectiveness of drug therapy in inhibiting viral production preventing new infections. The optimality system is derived solved numerically. Our results also show treatment strategies reduce load increase number uninfected cells, which improves patient's quality life.

Analysis and optimal control of an intracellular delayed HIV model with CTL immune response

A delayed model describing the dynamics of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) with CTL (Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes) immune response is investigated. The model includes four nonlinear differential equations describing the evolution of uninfected, infected, free HIV viruses, and CTL immune response cells. It includes also intracellular delay and two treatments (two controls). While the aim of first ...

Stability Analysis of an Improved HBV Model with CTL Immune Response

To better understand the dynamics of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, we introduce an improved HBV model with standard incidence function, cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) immune response, and take into account the effect of the export of precursor CTL cells from the thymus and the role of cytolytic and noncytolytic mechanisms. The local stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the chro...

Dynamics of a diffusive viral model with Beddington-DeAngelis incidence rate and CTL immune response

In this paper, a four-dimensional system of viral model with cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) immune response is investigated. This model is a reaction-diffusion system with Beddington-DeAngelis incidence rate and free diffusion in a bounded domain. With the help of comparison principle and Lyapunov function method, the well-posedness of solutions and sufficient conditions for global stability of non...

Dynamical behavior of a delay virus dynamics model with CTL immune response ∗

In this paper, the dynamical behavior of a virus dynamics model with CTL immune response and time delay is studied. Time delay is used to describe the time between the infected cell and the emission of viral particles on a cellular level. The effect of time delay on stability of the equilibria of the CTL immune response model has been studied and sufficient criteria for local asymptotic stabili...

Stability analysis of a fractional-order HBV infection model

In this paper, we introduce a fractional-order HBV infection model. We show the existence of non-negative solutions of the model, and also give a detailed stability analysis of the disease-free and endemic equilibria. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the results. MSC: 92B05 • 26A33
